ATTORNEYS:
Attorney Thomas W. Anderson Sr. is a 1970 graduate of Marquette Law School. He is the founder of Anderson & Anderson Law Office and has been practicing law in Kenosha County since 1970. His primary practice area has been in family law. He has been a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers - Wisconsin Chapter for the past twenty years (the only such lawyer with this distinction in Kenosha or Racine).
Attorney Anderson Sr. is a lifelong resident of Kenosha County and a graduate of St. Joseph High School, class of 1961. He is currently in semi-retirement, but remains a valuable resource for the firm in a business management capacity.

He has been practicing family law in Kenosha and Racine Counties since his admission to the Wisconsin Bar. He is a past director and board member of the Family Law Section of the Wisconsin BAR Association and was honored as a Super Lawyer in 2006.
Attorney Anderson Jr. received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1987 with a bachelor in business administration majoring in accounting. During law school, he interned with one of the big eight accounting firms, Arthur Andersen & Co. in its tax department. He is a life long resident of Kenosha County and graduate of St. Joseph High School, class of 1983.

Benjamin Anderson is the Grandson of Thomas W. Anderson Sr. and Son of Thomas W. Anderson Jr. Benjamin began working at Anderson & Anderson Law Office, S.C. in 2012 as a summer intern while he was in college. While in law school, Benjamin continued working each summer at the law firm as a Law Clerk eventually becoming a Summer Associate his last year of law school.
Following the legacy of his Grandfather and Father, Benjamin graduated from Saint Joseph High School in 2010. After high school Benjamin started at Saint Norbert College in Green Bay, WI. He graduated college in 2014 with a degree in political science and a certification in pre-law.After graduation, Benjamin started at Marquette University Law School. While at Marquette Law, Benjamin pledged Phi Alpha Delta, the law fraternity. Benjamin is the 3rd generation of Anderson’s to attend Marquette University Law School. Now in practice Benjamin has primarily focused on Family and Divorce law. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate the rough waters of divorce and achieving the best possible outcome for all parties. Benjamin has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star three years in a row for 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Ms. Bridget Majchrzak graduated with a history degree from University of Wisconsin Parkside and received her paralegal certification from Carthage College in 2012. She began working at the firm in 2012 and has been a valuable asset since.

Ms. Jenn Welsh joined Anderson & Anderson Law Office, S.C. in September of 2024 as our newest paralegal. You can find Ms. Welsh right behind our front counter and will gladly welcome everyone to the firm. She is a animal lover and is a fur mom to 2 dogs and a cat. Se habla espanol!
